How do I install Crypt Guardian 2.5 to run from a Thumb/USB Drive?

There are two ways to do this. The first is to have your USB drive "in" during the install and install the software directly to the drive. (When you remove the drive though the program shortcuts and uninstall program will not work.) When moving the USB drive to another machine like a laptop, just directly run the cryptguardian.exe executable on the drive where you installed it or make a new shortcut.

The second way is to install it "locally" on one machine and then copy the whole Crypt Guardian folder that was installed to the USB drive and run it from there. Once it is copied there the Crypt information will be stored on the USB drive and no longer on the local drive.

For either of these options to work Microsoft .Net 2.0 needs to be installed on each machine Crypt Guardian will run on. .Net 2.0 is included with one of the Crypt 2.5 installs.
